These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Deep View application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Deep View ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Deep View, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Deep View is a real-time intelligence application that provides sales coaching, objection handling, knowledge retrieval, and related features during live conversations. The Service includes a desktop application and cloud-based AI processing components.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase for paid plans.

Deep View processes audio from your microphone to provide real-time intelligence. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding audio recording and consent in your jurisdiction. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent for recording conversations. We recommend disclosing to all call participants that AI-assisted tools are in use.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Deep View and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Knowledge Vault and all data generated through your use of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your sales playbooks, documents, or conversation data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or lead to specific sales outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep View shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
