The short version: Deep View processes audio locally on your device. We use cloud AI only for complex reasoning tasks, and that data is encrypted in transit and never stored after processing. We don't sell your data. Your sales playbooks, conversations, and closing techniques stay yours.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store credit card numbers).
Deep View captures audio from your microphone to provide real-time intelligence features. Audio is processed locally on your device for transcription and intent detection. Audio snippets may be sent to cloud AI providers for complex reasoning tasks — this data is encrypted in transit and is not stored after the response is generated.
Documents you upload to the Knowledge Vault (pitch decks, product docs, case studies, etc.) are stored locally on your device and indexed for retrieval. Embedding vectors may be generated via cloud services, but the original documents are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
We collect anonymized usage analytics such as feature usage frequency, session duration, and error logs to improve the Service. This data does not include conversation content or audio.
